Forward Development Group
The role Salmeri Development plays in this project is Investment & Operations Consultant.
Salmeri Development works with Forward Development Group (FDG), a Verona, Wisconsin-based real estate development company with experience across multifamily, single-family, senior living, commercial, retail, office, and hospitality development. In the role of Investment & Operations Consultant, Salmeri Development supports FDG with investment strategy, financial analysis, and initiatives designed to strengthen performance across its portfolio. The work uses strategic investment perspective with hands-on operational support, helping identify opportunities, improve processes, and support informed decision-making as FDG continues to develop, own, and manage real estate throughout the greater Madison area and Midwest.

Jefferson Hills Condominiums is a thoughtfully designed residential community in Jefferson, Wisconsin, developed to offer comfortable, modern living in a welcoming setting. Campus Collective House
The role Salmeri Development plays in this project is Developer and we have utilized our skills in Market & Site Insight throughout the project.
For more than 50 years, Campus Collective Christian Ministries has created a place for students to find community and belonging.
We have been extremely proud to work alongside Campus Collective as they completed the purchase of the property neighboring their existing home near the UW–Madison campus. This expansion doubles their ability to provide an intentional home for students during their time on campus.
We’re grateful to have played a part in helping bring this purchase together and excited to see how Campus Collective continues to grow its impact in Madison.
