2026 Out Of Office Open
The Out of Office Open was created to bring professionals together outside of the traditional office setting for a day centered on networking, meaningful connections, community, and giving back. With golf, sponsor activities, friendly competition, and a more casual atmosphere, the event gives attendees an opportunity to build genuine relationships while supporting organizations that make a difference in the community.
Giving back is an important part of Salmeri Development events, which have helped raise thousands of dollars for nonprofit organizations. The 2026 Out of Office Open supported Habitat for Humanity of Dane County, with $2,000 donated directly to the organization following the event. Habitat for Humanity of Dane County works to expand access to safe and affordable homeownership throughout the region.
The event would not be possible without the businesses, organizations, golfers, volunteers, and partners who help bring it to life each year. Together, they make the Out of Office Open more than a networking event—it is an opportunity to strengthen relationships, support the community, and have some fun along the way.

2025 Out Of Office Open
The 2025 Out of Office Open brought together local professionals, partners, and friends for a day focused on getting out of the office and making meaningful connections in a more relaxed setting. Between a little friendly competition, plenty of conversations, and time spent together on the course, the event gave everyone a chance to step away from the usual workday and connect with people from across the community.
More than anything, the Out of Office Open was about bringing great people together for a great cause. Through the support of our attendees, partners, and sponsors, the event helped raise funds for local nonprofit organizations while creating an atmosphere centered around community, connection, and giving back.
A huge thank you to our 2025 sponsors — BHGRE, Halo, ServPro, Sketchworks Architecture, Top Notch Movers, Totally Spaced Out, and Triumph. Their support helped make the event possible and allowed us to turn a fun day out of the office into something that made an impact beyond the course.
